Add screens widget drag-and-drop rearrangement

After you created a module on the OneTouch, when you want to move one of the elements to another free space, its simply not possible. You need to delete and reconfigure.

To Reproduce:

• Leave your Onetouch screen empty and fill it with a 1x2 or another small Widget. (i.E. Galery)

• You will now not be able to move it to another space thats free

• Same happens on the Slide-Modue

Whats Expected:

• Drag and Drop like behaviour to simply re-arrange a Widget
