Add Philips Hue smart light integration for module controls

I was wondering if it would be possible for a plugin for the HUE app, that controls bluetooth light bulbs through network settings. I.e I am able to chance the lights using my phone as long as I am connected to my house wifi/the same wifi the bulbs are on. Do you guys think it would be possible c
