Spotify plugin album cover UI not displaying correctly on device (macOS)

The spotify plugin is working but i noteced the following bugs (on mac) - the ui with the album cover as background only works after restarting spotify completely. When you chose this ui, it displays correctly in the app, but not on the device itself. It also shows the default song(darude sand storm
